I was looking for a puppy online and came across the Lolitas's website. I contacted them for information and we agreed on the purchase of the puppy. The individual sent me various pictures and videos of the puppy. They wanted the money wired via Western Union or Apple Pay. The individual the money was wired to is named Christopher Jimenez. Once the money was sent, they agreed to contact me in the morning for the puppy's shipping information. The puppy would be flown to a nearby airport in TX and delivered to my house. The next day, the shipping company contacted me and the email did not look legit. The company is https://petscareshippers.com. I looked up their website and there were several misspelled words, the links didn't work, photos did not look real and it had an odd phone number. I asked them if the puppy was in their possession and if they can send me pics and video. They refused and said they had 27 pets to ship and did not have time to be go around taking pictures of animals. Additionally, they wanted $950 to use a different crate because of weather issues. They assured me it would be returned once the puppy was delivered. I started looking into puppy scams and released I had fallen into their trap. I emailed the dog owner and let them know that i am in the military and have researched them and their 'companies' I told them I knew the website had just been created on 14 Jan and the shipping website had just been created that month. I I told them I knew the money had been picked up at 3:01 pm and I would be filing a report with BBB, FBI for interstate fraud and the FTC. I gave them 48 hours to return my money, but nothing was returned and I never heard back from them.
