This business (Londi Glasses) was running ads on Instagram for free glasses, all that needed to be paid was shipping. I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses at around $15 total. A few weeks later I checked in to see if they had been shipped. When I clicked on the tracking information from the confirmation email, I was given the message that the website does not exist. I then tried to contact the email listed but I have not heard back from anyone in another 2 weeks.

link was posted in fb group advertising sunglasses with no shipping charge and bogo free. I ordered 5 pairs of sunglasses on May 9th and never received the product. went back on website to get # for customer services and no number was found. went back later and link didn't work stating that website does not exist.

reported to my bank and bank issued refund. bank was unable to look any further so scam reported to BBB.

Social media ad. offering cheap sunglasses. Just pay for shipping. Never received items ordered. Never replied to emails inquiring upon my order.

I got an ad for Londiglasses.com on instagram. They said they were promoting their sunglasses by sending them to you for free and all you had to do was pay shipping. They claimed it was their “marketing campaign”. I tried to order a pair, but after I inputted my credit card info, it “declined” my card. I then tried to email them using the customer service email address listed on their site, but the email came back as unsendable because that address doesn’t exist ([email protected]). They also have icons for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and a couple of other social media sites, but when you click on them, they send you to Shopify’s pages. I can’t believe I was stupid enough to fall for this, but I’ll be monitoring my bank account very closely to make sure they don’t use my credit card. Please stop this from happening to anyone else. Thanks.
