On that date, I had approximately 299 items in the auction. At the end of the day, my items sold for an approx. grand total of $7,829.15. With the 35% sellers fee, my net total was $5,729.15. However, on August 4, 2023, through Venmo, I only received $3,624.15. When I contacted Misti regarding the shortage, her comment was, she had to subtract the sale of the 82-piece French Renaissance sterling silverware because she had purchased it at $2,100 due to the low bids the sterling was getting and her intent was to put the sterling in another auction to possibly obtain higher bids she had purchased it at $2,100 due to the low bids the sterling was getting and her intent was to put the sterling in another auction to possibly obtain higher bids. In addition to the 299 items in the estate sale on 07-15-2023, I handed over several pieces of jewelry that she intended to create a jewelry auction. These auctions took place on April 12, 2024 and April 21, 2024 and my jewelry was lumped together with various other jewelry items.
