Puppy Scammer

Me and my boyfriend were looking for a dachshund. And I found a Facebook page and he sell them for 700$ and I connected them he seem convening. He gave me his phone number( 757) 298-7469) that is located in West Virginia and we did a deposit of 200 to save the puppy he was a dapple dachshund and name was Charlie and he ask us for more money for paper and all and his name he goes by is ( Mason L) and he will ask us for money and use different payment by different name. We decided to get the puppy in person when the date got closer he texted saying we can’t go to his house ( I don’t want to share the address just in case he stole the address) and he said the only option was sending the puppy in a air plan. Then the (airport) (connect number: +1 (540) 900-9906 )(name of the airport international transport association) texting me saying I need to play 1,100 because of the cage and vaccine to calm the dog down and we did pay for it and they said they will refund the money back to us.the next day they ask us for 500$ because the “puppy” stayed in a “puppy hotel” and they said they money will be refund ones the dog gets to our house that where we realized it’s was a scam and they try to convince its wasn’t a scam they said the puppy stop at Indianapolis and now they saying the puppy is in Illinois. We connect our bank to try get the money back to us. We lost 2,000 or more from this scam. My mother in law found a ad with the same phone number trying to sell the same dog to her so we stop and. Let the bank handle the situation.
