The webpage says the watch will be shipped in 2 to 3 days, the Confirmation I received said the watch would be shipped in 6 to 8 days.
Payment was issued on December 12, 2023 from my credit card.
On December 16th I attempted to call 267-225-3434 to follow up on my order. I had to leave a message. I sent a text to that same number. I attempted to contact them on their Chat Line on the website. I did not receive any response to numerous attempts.
On December 24, 2023 I received a text to let me know my order had been shipped. The watch arrived on December 30, 2023, the protective screen was not received.
The watch will not pair up to my IPhone correctly. I can not accept or place a call, accept or send a text message, and the watch will not stay connected.
I have made numerous attempts to speak with Customer Service about returning the watch. I have sent a text and left a message but I have not received any response.
The Website states that for all returns go to "[email protected]", however, my computer warned me against opening this site because it "does not require authentication". I did not open this website.
On December 20, 2023 I called my Credit Card company to explain the situation and they strongly suggested I close that card, which I did. When the watch came on the
24th I canceled the Fraud Review.
