How can I get my money bank from Looklifters Macy scam!thought it was legit because Macys closed some of the stores so I thought it was excess inventory! Got me for $88

I saw an ad , either on Facebook or an ad while playing a game. It was for very discounted clothes and accessories from Macys Clearance Store, is what it said. I placed an order using my debit card on June 6, 2023. I didn't notice at the time that no email confirmation was given. But as the time grew longer, I tried to look up information to track my order, and there was nothing. I found the name look lifters in the notes from my bank statement. I sent an email to the address they gave on their website, but have as yet not received any response. I have a sinking feeling that this is a scam and that I will never receive any merchandise.
