I made an order and they said it had arrived. I was at home no package delivered. When I contacted them they said it was not their fault and offered a 50% refund. Declined. Then a 75% offer

Declined. After many emails and months (Aprox 7 months)they did refund my payment. I believe that my order wasn't sent at all.The tracking seemed bogus to me.Not one email addressed my questions.

All lip service. If I didn't pursue this issue with 40 maybe 50+ emails I don't believe they would have refunded my purchase. It seems to have helped when I said ScamPulse.com and social media will be informed.
