They offered knives at a discount price around Christmas time. They sent a conformation email stating it would take 16 to 18 days to be delivered because they are considered a weapon. They are supposed to be cooking knives. I sent a followup email stating that I haven't received the knives. They responded saying they were going to investigate the situation and get in touch with me. Still no response so I emailed again complaining. This time a fictitious person responded saying they were replacing the order. Still nothing. I emailed again telling them I wanted my money back.
