I ordered about $400 worth of loop lassos at the very beginning of December. I did so based on the owners written promise that o would have the merchandise in my hand by Dec 24 or he would refund all money and the product would be free. December 24 came and went, still no product. We had shipped the product to a location we were on vacation for Christmas. I reached out to try and get them to cancel the order once I realized they weren’t going to ship them on time. No response from loop lasso. We left that location after Christmas. Over a week later the products were apparently delivered to a location I didn’t live at. when I emailed the company requesting my refund they said it wasn’t their fault their manufacturer had shipping delays so I’m the one who has to eat the cost of their poor business management. Despite having emails from The founder where he personally promised the items would be free if not delivered on time, they won’t do anything to help me. This didn’t have to end this way with such terrible customer experience for everyone and shipping $400 worth of product I wouldn’t even be able to receive. The company should have emailed me before shipping the product late and asked if I wanted the order still or if I wanted it cancelled. Not just shipped the products over a week after Christmas and assuming I would still be at the location or that I still wanted them. Delivery promise is a promise. I have multiple emails saved of proof of the founders delivery or free guarantee. Now he says it wasn’t his fault and he refuses to honor his promise.
