I ordered two of these stun gun pens. I received four. They don’t tell you that two come in a package. And the items were delivered in a package that says USB BBQ Lighter.. They do that for hush hush reasons. I tried sending these back the employee said you have to send it back to China.i don’t know what the postage would be! The customer should not have to pay this fee. When the package arrived at my house the envelope had a return address but , no company name. Here it is, 2301 Lively Blvd, Elk Grove VLG 60007 good luck.

I too purchased a stun pen. I only wanted two total. I

was sent four.They don’t tell you when you order, that two pens come together. There was a return address on my envelope , here it is. 2301 Lively Blvd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. But when I was emailing them, the guy said you have to mail the package to Asia. Good luck.

I purchased a 'stun pen', but when I received it, it says BBQ lighter. They said they do that because it's not allowed to send and sell weapons this way. Which is b.s. since I've purchased a taser online before. There's no instructions, the website is misleading about the product and the return policy. I've had a bunch of back and forth all week, they wouldn't give me the address to send it to. Offering me 10% off to keep it, then 20% off to keep it. Also threatening how much it will cost to ship, even though shipping & handling was 4.95 for me. I google the address and see all sorts of entries about other scams. Apparently quite a few people have returned their item, whatever it was, only to never receive a refund. So am I out $28.47? Should I contest it with my bank?
