Ordered a calculator and charged to my visa on 8.12.2019. Never received. Phone number is out of service. No response to emails.

I placed an order with this company for a paw patrol talking Tracker on their website. I received a receipt for my purchase via email. The email further stated that I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. This order was placed on August 31, 2019. The company stated that it would take 3-5 business days to receive the item. When I did not receive any additional information, I began emailing the company for assistance. To contact them, I was taken to a page where I could enter the order # that I received from them, my email address, etc., and then, this information was sent to them via email. After several days of doing this, and having received absolutely 'no response' from them, I became convinced that I have been scammed. When I contacted my bank to request that they credit the payment to this company bank to my account, they provided me with a telephone number to contact this company, (no telephone number is provided on their website). I have called this number approximately six (6) times. Each time I call, my call is automatically hung up. When I called today, 9/10/19, a received a recording that say "call rejected."

Need I say more? Do not trust this company.

This website comes up in searches for many types of products, in my case, a graphing calculator. The website looks legit, has positive testimonials, and what looks like secure checkout. I even received a confirmation email upon placing my order. However, I never received a tracking # for shipping, my attempts to reach out via email (twice) were not responded to, nor was my attempt to contact the company via their on-line message form, and there is no phone number listed. I filed a dispute with my credit card provider. In addition, the charge to my credit card wasn't from Loopshopi, in OK, but from First Century Bank in TN and logged as RENT. Below is the information from the transaction against my Credit Card:
