this website is seen from a customer point of view as a fun and easy to manage subscription service for the game or tv show you enjoy. Yet, pay partners to then promote their boxes and they give the partners very high quality boxes and make it look worth it when in reality, I payed for “3 crates” in april of 2024, it cost 135$. I waited months for them to arrive and was told “shipping will be available when ready” I kept asking and they finally sent a box in september after they had already tried to recharge my card for another cycle, the companys ploy is that it hopes you forget about the subscription so it keeps charging you and ontop of that the “boxes” you receieved that are marketed as backpacks and shirts and memorabilia arent even sent in the boxes theyre shown in and come with three items all be cheap little charms and at on point a stupid [censored]ing blow up matress, this box is clearly misrepresented in the marketing and media and is leading people to buy these boxes then go through similar experiences I am going through or just not even receive anything at all. On top of all this ive received 2 of 3 of my boxes which were supposed to come in July then the second September and the third December. But, Ohhhh nooo really! the company is short staffed darn I guess they have to push the box back so I didnt even recieve my first one till september after spending 135$ literally 6 months earlier and on top of that Im requesting my third because they wont allow me to refund and they just keep ignoring my requests, a clearly fraudulent and falty company trying to scam its customers

Bought a subscription for a Fallout Loot Crate. Paid for on April 20,2024 with the knowledge the first "crate" would be mailed in July. July came and no crate. Contacted them and they informed me they will be mailing them in September. Tried to contact them and the email reply was " Due to an increase in volume our reply time is taking longer than what you might have previously experienced. Don't worry, we have your ticket and will be getting back to you shortly.

[433JKD-ZY9MY]" LootCrate tried to take another payment out of my account. the attempt was denied. Loot Crate contacts me to change my credit card information so they can process payment. I looked at my credit card and its fine. Tried to put it in again and it charged me again. I have receipts stating they are both paid for.

Placed order on x3 lootcrates in Feb 2023, promised as being delivered every 2 months. As of today 7/7 zero have been delivered successfully. Requested a refund after two replacements were failed to be delivered. Lootcrate refuses refund, says it is too late, they are clinging to their policy of refusing service to any they choose but I already paid in full for a product/service I didn't recieve and its been months and will be even more months before a possibility of completing the order, more than three times the timeframe advertised.

I signed up for the monthly t-shirt subscription club for $19.99 ($13.99 for the shirt and $6.00 for shipping). The shirt was never shipped so I contacted customer service. Customer Service offered me a refund which I agreed to but was never given. After several weeks of sending emails with no response or follow-up, I filed a dispute with my bank for the charge.

There's a limited edition Avatar:the last Airbender crate that I purchased, it's a quarterly box. I live in the uk so I knew it would take a while to arrive but after a few months I checked the website and it said it was cancelled. I never cancelled the crate as I really wanted it, so I did a little digging and found out they changed it from international posting to just USA without telling me. So I'm down just under £50 and they won't respond to any of my emails. So, in short, they stole my money for a order that they cancelled themselves.

Loot Crate has charged me for a total of $262.45 across 5 boxes dating back to 9/25/2021. They have yet to deliver a single box yet they continue to try to charge me for more boxes via subscriptions (which I have cancelled). I have requested refunds multiple times but they have not provided any.

That have stole so many people money including mine. They refuse to send anyone what they pay for or refund them been happening for years and noone will do anything about it.

I purchased a subscription service as a Christmas gift for my brother on December 20th, 2021. It was a six month subscription for $84.57 to receive one pair of underwear each month for 6 months. After not receiving anything by March of 2022, I requested a refund and a customer service agent replied and said it would be processed in a week. Another month goes by, no refund and still no underwear. Every subsequent response has now been to just remain patient. It has not been almost 6 months with no product or refund. Also, I received an email stating that the underwear was no longer available and that the subscription would change to t-shirts. I do not want t-shirts, I wanted the underwear, but not I just want a refund and all requests fall on deaf ears it seems. This company appears to be a scam or just has extremely poor customer service.

This company has been advertising and signing up new subscribers with the promise of good that are never delivered. Over the last couple years, this company has slipped further and further into scam territory until it finally and firmly settled in on full blown scam. I have used this company several times over the last ~10 years and never experienced the service I have now. Before, I would subscribe or a length of time or for a single box, I would get charged and within a week or two, my box was shipped and received. Recently, I received an email promotion for a box that I wanted for me and my son, I ordered up two, one in my size and one in his, then went about my life confident in an order I have placed several times before. It wasn't until this week that I realized, I still haven't received my order. I looked up my order on the website to find I have now been renewed and billed two more times, three total, for six crates, none of them have shipped or even processed. I look a little further and find several forums where people are complaining about the same thing, several haven't received a shipment for over a year and are still being billed monthly. I see ads for this service across the internet and receive a promo email every 2-3 days for more services. They offer dozens of monthly subscriptions and from what I can tell, they no longer ship them, but still let people sign up and bill them even. I have tried to reach out to the company, but no phone number is listed and and only emails I can find bounce back as full. This is tantamount to wire fraud at this point and the company should be shut down until it can sort itself out.

Placed a order back in October, 21 2021 yet to receive my package they keep moving the date and stating it's due to Covid 19.

This company continues to advertise and take subscriptions after hundreds of people have yet to get their products that they have you pay upfront for. I had 2 different subscriptions they offered that haven’t been fulfilled since 2918/2019 but I was charged for in fullThey only have an email and they always say it will be taken care of and over a year later Its not. I’ve seen on here that hundreds of others have had the same complaints. They do not send out products and just take our money. I want a refund and to sue them

This company's sales pages do not have "offer ends" text anywhere so when you visit these promotional pages it makes it look like you're able to still purchase and get the item. Refer to the text: "...On Sale Now!" and "JOIN NOW TO SECURE YOUR SPOT FOR THE OCTOBER CRATE".

This company says that they do not have a return policy for "I got incorrect goods". They only refund if products are "damaged during shipping".

Upon talking with their online support, they tried to inform me of an "internal deadline" for these specials. Again, such specifications need to be mentioned to customers in a clear way on the web page. How am I supposed to know of the INTERNAL deadline when your SALE PAGE is telling me it's available?

you sign up for a monthly subscription and they charge you the minute you sign up and then you never receive the product you paid for. one of their reps that I spoke with said they filed for bankruptcy but they are still charging people money. I contacted them several times about refunding me my money as well as tried to dispute the charge with my bank but because my bank could not get ahold of them to validate anything I cannot get my money back. I am beyond furious with this company. they are downright commiting theft and fraud. they also have all my information such as my credit card number, name and address. I want my money back!!!

They will not let me out of subscription service. They continue to bill monthly despite my emails cancelling service and their responses saying they’ve cancelled my subscription. They will not ship crates as they claim they are back ordered by several months. Do not sign up with them, they will not stop billing you.

I fell for this scam purchasing a loot crate subscription for elder scrolls, I purchased it in August, and was immediately charged the $59, I have not received the product, and receive a different excise every time I inquire about it. I posted to social media about this ordeal, and it seems they have taken many people’s money and have not sent the product, and refuse to provide refunds... however they continue to advertise for new loot crate subscriptions that they are unable to fulfill. They are stealing from people!
