False advertisement on a product from Loragal.com and when trying to return the item. It was stated that I had to pay for it and they only wanted to refund less than half of the money spent, which was $72.98. The item that was advertised on the website is not what was received.

The company from Loragal.com will email you to prolong getting your items. Once items receive they look nothing like what’s on the site. Do not shop there. Do not buy anything from online. Do not be scammed or fooled by the China crap. It’s just a scam. Material is cheap and it’s all a lie. Run and run fast.

Same as everyone else.A mistake was made to order a dress. Website said delivery between 7 and 15 days. Dress hasn't been received. Order was made on November 13,2025 and it is now December 1,2025 and she still has not received the dress. Has sent email because of being unable to track it. Every time I try to track it it takes me back to my order number or order screen where I purchased the dress. They have no phone number to contact them only an email,so I'm still waiting on the response.

I ordered a dress from this website on 01/31. I haven’t received it and no one will respond back to my email. I’m having trouble disputing with my back. I will never order from them again. I suggest that no one orders from them. It’s a complete scam!

Clothing, never received and they send trracking number that look fake and wont cancel orders when requested and they respond to email and tell to just for the item and maybe you can use them when you get them and almost 30days have past.
