He was attempting to return thousands of dollars of unclaimed funds belonging to a foreign individual.
He claimed to be calling every phone number that the foreign individual recently called.
The calling would continue until I responded.
The gist of the conversation was: If the foreign individual was not located the money would go to “the next in line”.
