"Samatha" called and said they were already litigating an outstanding bill with Citi Bank. First problem was that this was supposed to be a Macy's account and that was with American Express. When pressed for information about their firm, which she identified as "Loren Davis Mediators", she refused to provide any information such as location, etc. We were put on hold apparently and a quiet way to get rid of us. We called back repeatedly and were put on hold. Finally, I advised that we were already starting to contact the Washington State Attorney General's Office for possible fraud and she hung up. Since then there has not been any additional phone calls.
