Giving out business cards at local Home Depot for appliance repair. He said his boss is Lorenzo Banks. He came out immediately to repair a broken washer. Less than 15-20 minutes, said a new part was put in. He charged $425 provided a receipt with a bogus "warranty". Next day washer still broken, not able to get in touch with him to refund or repair. Knew we were not going to have any luck after seeing reviews of same person/business.
