Item ordered from apparent domestic company on 12/18/23. On 1/2/24 I received a notification that the delivery company could not find my house/incorrect address. When I called the company I was given their proprietary shipper's information for "PiggyShip." When I called, I was transferred to China and they took more personal information from me than I should have divulged. They also downloaded a map to my house and presented it to me for confirmation. Very scary. The shipper will not answer the phone though they say "we will attempt delivery 3 times" and they present a picture of the "bad address" that they say makes the parcel undeliverable (it is an internet photo of a field near my home taken from Google). When I go to their "tracking page" it says they have attempted delivery 6 times. This is simply false. I get mail and parcels delivered with no problems at my address. I can now reach no one at either number, the vendor or the shipper. Email to vendor got a response saying "the shipper is weird." I have reported this to my bank and have changed debit card numbers.
