i have ordered 4 custom kits from this site and all were amazing quality. I have recommended this brand to my family and friends, and I know for a fact that everyone loves Lori's Paint. ignore these negative reviews as from my personal experience this is one of the best brands out there.

I ordered a painting on Dec. 27th and they had the incorrect address in my account. I emailed them to correct it before the item shipped and they advised that it was fixed. The item still shipped to an address that does not exist and then ended up going to Mail Recovery and has been sitting there for over a month now. They refuse to answer my emails and I have no other way of contacting them. They have my money, my order, and my frustration and are most likely laughing at each email I send them.

I sent them several messages across various platforms because the tracking website says delivered but the package has not been received yet I still have not gotten any help from Lori's Painting customer service. I tried calling their phone number and leaving voicemails but there has been no response and I am extremely disappointed.

Highly recommend loris paint. I have a very specific request for my custom paint by numbers kit and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a custom paint by numbers kit. The final painting looks amazing and I already ordered a few more.

Honestly I'm so disappointed. I always look at reviews before I order and I feel so scammed.

I placed an order for 2 paintings as gifts for the holidays on Nov 30th. The website said it would be delivered no later then 8 days to Canada. It's Jan 4th and I still have not received my order.

Ive asked for a refund twice now , and they keep sending me a copy paste message with a tracking number that shows no updates. Just that it's still in China.

Save your money and time , and go elsewhere.

They had decent customer service until my order was ready to be shipped.

Then they shipped my package to CHINA...and then cut off all contact with me. How one could send something to CHINA when given a US address is beyond me...

Total scam and waste of my hard earned money.

Well they say they are based out of New York but your actual package comes from China. I find this very deceiving. Hope you did get your package. I'm currently waiting for it to clear customs from China.

I am writing another review for my second order. Just like my first it came out amazing as well. This one was a bit smaller, but it was the size they recommended. It came out amazing and I have it framed. Attaching a photo here so that everyone can see as well. I highly recommend Lori's Paints to anyone looking to purchase from them. They are AMAZING.

I give loris paints a 10/10. There product is very good and of very good quality and it looks exactly like the photo I submitted. My order came with a set of brushes (free) along with the paint and wooden frames.

It did take around 2.5 weeks to arrive, but it makes sense because it is a custom order. I am still very satisfied with it and love every aspect of it. When I show people my painting they think I am some kind of pro LOL

I also forgot to mention they helped me pick the photo that would work best. I submitted 3 different photos and they got back to me by email letting me know which photo would probably work best, and for which size. I guess the size of the photo and painting needs to match for the painting to turn out amazing. I am glad I listened because it is wonderful.

I highly recommend ordering from this company! I saw a facebook ad for this product and ordered it immediatley! It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive for my custom painting kit, but i am happy i waited because it looks amazing. They really make it easy to paint your photo. and the best part is at the end you can't even tell that it was from a paint by numbers. it looks just like a regular painting.

i love it and have ordered many many more.

LORIS PAINTING IS NOTHIGN SHORT OF AMAZING. I HAVE FOUND MY NEW FAVORITE HOBBY of painting my grandchildren! I have 8 grandchildren and plan to paint one of each. I have already finished my 3rd and have already ordered more. The paint brushes and paint are always great quality and they always provide enough paint with each order.
I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking to purchase a custom paint by numbers kit. So easy to submit your photo online. I did have to ask my grandson to help me the first time, but now I know how to do it myself. Many more to come!

I LOVE MY PAINTING OF Me and my fiance. I had a blast painting this and it was my first one. I already ordered 2 more along with the wooden frames because i want to hang this around the house somewhere.

I highly recommend anyone to use loris paitns for their custom paint by numbers kits/service. They are very professional and provide the best quality kits. I am super impressed and have turned into a long term customer of theres for a while! I recommend them to all of my friends

I am honestly in shock how realistic my painting looks. When I received my order I liked how high quality the material seemed to be, and I can see from the numbered outline that it was going to be a very fun project. I finished my painting within a few hours as I was addicted. It came out so great and I love it so much. I show everyone and I think I have found my new hobby that I have become obsseseed with.

The staff at loris paint were super helpful and accomodating and helped me get my order submitted and shipped. Thank you i highly recommend them to anyone!

Loris paint is definitley one of the best paint by numbers brands around today. I have ordered from multiple different brands and the canvas quality and paint material is the best quality from loris paint. I highly recommend loris paint to anyone looking to get a paint by nubmers kit.

They are also very responsive and friendly when I email them because I was unsure which picture I should use. They helped me select my photo and size and the out come is wonderful I love it.

I highly recommend trying out loris custom paint by numbers kits for beginners or seasoned paint by numbers veterans. The quality of the ktis are very good so it will make your life much easier when you try to paint on the canvas.

I have already ordered 3 from here and have 2 more on the way. The frames they sell also are great if you want to hang your paintings. I plan to hang them, just need to find someplace suitable to place them :)

I have painted pictures of my dogs and they look so realistic. Even my dogs know its a painting of them !

Extremely disheartened today. I had an ad pop-up for a paint by number company today. I liked the idea for a gift, and decided to look at the business. Upon research, I found that the business had issues with shipping and long wait times, but seemed to be okay. I left a comment on the company's page letting people know that it may take time, but it was worth it from the research I did. Boy what a mistake.

Within 5 minutes, I was blocked, my comment deleted, and I recieved several nasty comments on my private business making claims that were completely false and bringing me to tears. This "business" contacted me from 4 different business all formatted and written by the same person insulting me, harassing me, and threatening me. I was called several different times from a private number threatening the safety of my family and that I would never get anyone's business every again. Due to my concern for safety, I unfortunately had to delete my review page, and I need to start over again.

All I did was leave a honest review, and I was targeted and violently harassed.

I am terrified even posting this as I am concerned for my safety, but I wanted to warn everyone about Lori's Paints, to protect your family and yourself. Very disheartened and hoping I can rebuild my page again soon.

I have emailed them and called them for a status update for my order and not hear a response from Lori's paint. Was hoping to receive it soon as the order was meant to be a wedding anniversary gift to my wife. Bad experience so far.

How long did you wait? If you ordered a custom painting kit, it is usually 3-4 week wait. It states it on the website when you make your purchase

I ordered my moms Mother’s Day gift two weeks ago. They took my money and sent an order confirmation. I haven’t heard anything since the day after I ordered. I have called 5 times emailed twice and heard nothing. They don’t answer the phone at all. Seems like a complete scam.

Do you not read? It’s a custom order and it takes 3-4 weeks. It clearly states on the website 3-4 weeks until delivery. You are really going to blame someone else when you ordered your Mother’s Day gift late lol. I have ordered from here many times and every time it clearly says 3-4 weeks for delivery for custom orders. Now I can see why there are so many Karen’s online

Disappointed and sad that I ordered from this website. I placed my order on July 27, 2022 and to date I have never received my package and my money $39.99 was stolen. I managed to contact them by mail and they said that my address was misspelled, which is false, in the same way they said that they had already fixed it and they would send my package in 2 or 6 weeks, but that never happened.

They did not answer my emails again, I wrote to them on social networks instagram and tik tok and what they did was block me.

Is that the way to solve your fraud and treat your "clients"? THEY ARE A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. I ATTACHED PROOF OF EVERYTHING AND MAY JUSTICE BE DONE.

Really work and don't steal because those of us who pay you work hard for that money and you only steal it, it hurts to be scammed.

I found painting as a hobby a few months back and have loved it ever since. I have a bad knee from father time, and as a result have been sitting around and painting more and more.

I am not a great painter per se, but these paint by numbers kits really sure make it look like I am. That is why I love Lori's Paints. I have ordered from here a few times, and each time I love it more and more. The kits are great because they come with everything I needed to paint (brushes, painting mat, and numbered paint).

I give these painting kits 5 out of 5 stars. I recommed anyone to purchase from here.

I love my custom paint by numbers kit from loris paint and I highly recommend them to anyone. I ordered on 3/2/23 and received them on 3/25/23. It is about a 3 week wait since mine was a custom order, and it was quite large.

I was asked to write my review of this company and I have to say I would recommend them to anyone. I have already ordered my second kit and will write another review after I receive that one.
