So I thought I purchased tickets to see Keith Sweat Tyrese concert in Philadelphia on 2/22/2024 I purchased the tickets on 1/7/24 in the amount of 297.13 for 2 tickets however when I found out the concert was canceled I called ticket master and gave them my order number to get a refund ticket master stated you didn’t purchased tickets from us I called the number 1-833-910-2255 spoke with a guy name Bryant from ticket master head quarters in California and a lady name Anna Paul 805-600-4240 they both said in order for me to get a refund I would have to purchase either a eBay card or a ticket master card to get a refund due to me not having insurance on the tickets I would have to sent them 200.00 dollars with me not using my better judgment I did purchase the eBay cards total of 3 cards 100 / 200. I feel so embarrassed because I really thought this was ticket master they said I would get my money back if I purchased eBay cars I gave them the number on all 3 cards I caught on way too late that this was a scam I immediately contacted my financial institution they called a number that was associated with the transaction and I will get my refund 3-5 business days so the numbers 805-600-4240 / and 1-833-910-2255 stated his name was John and another person name Bryant scammed me out of 500. Dollars they kept saying saying I did something wrong that’s why I didn’t get my money back these people need to pay for fraud.
