Sent me the WRONG SHOES. When I asked for an exchange for the RIGHT SHOES, I’m “offered” 10% refund to keep the shoes I HAVE NO INTEREST IN, or a 40% off on my next purchase??? Cant trust this company to get it right, WHY would I want 40% off when they can’t get it right the FIRST TIME. Absolute SCAM!!!!

The same thing happened to me. The eventually stop answering my emails to effect a return.
