I tried to make a payment arrangement which the rep said I was no longer able to do after asking me for my total of the account. I gave him a random number and he said, “Okay, you has to pay $500 today to not be interrupted.” I asked if there was a way I could arrange 300 for today and another $200 later. He said okay to $300 and that it had to be paid in 30 minutes and it had to be paid on a prepaid card which could be bought at a 7/11.
Obviously I never went to 7/11. I called back a third time and got the same voice only this time pretending very poorly to be a woman, I asked them for locations and hours which the representative hesitated to give. I then told them how convenient it was to have a rep office open until 7pm on a Saturday and when did they start doing this. The rep responded, “Why you’re so worried about how late we working today?” I laughed asked for a supervisor and then was told some inappropriate words before I hung up on them.
