Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
They direct you to something called "The Akademia." There things look professional, but it still seems as if it's a scam none-the-less. Artists will submit their work with fees, for what? I'm not entirely sure I want to find out.
Anyways, this is very, very sketchy. Take a look at it, make your own assumptions. (I'll leave you a link to all of his crap.)

- Goes by "jay" by the way, not capitalized, very unusual for "professional" Radio Stations.

Anyways, thanks for the help. To me, I see a huge scam. And if artists aren't aware of their copyright laws, pirating, and scams they can easily fall for something like this.
