I googled the Ahmanson theatre in Los Angeles to purchase tickets to a performance and somehow ended up on this website. I purchased tickets, thinking it was the venue's official website. Only to find out after my purchase that the tickets on this website were double the price of normal tickets on the official website, plenty of which were still on sale (and better seats). I asked for a cancellation and they refused. I feel totally ripped off and duped. People need to know to avoid this website. See screenshot from my email confirmation. I was not aware of any of this when I was purchasing. The website is intentionally misleading, describing itself as "We are an independent show guide" instead of a third party ticket resale company.
