On Valentine's day, a week later, I called in the morning to double check the time and when the phone picked up, the woman, again, says, "Yeah?" I started to tell her about the order and the time and she hung up on me. I called back for 30 min and kept getting a voicemail which is full, so no messages can be left. I called back an hour later and got the same woman, once she realized I was the same caller, she shouted, "The order probably went out" and hung up again. I called back and she was soooo rude and kept speaking over me, on and on, I could not get a word in. She hung up AGAIN.
I called back... this time a different person answered and was polite. I asked for the address and she started to say it, this was a different address than online (1701 S Bedford... a residence) then the OTHER woman shouted, "don't give out our address!" The woman on the phone apologized and said she could not tell me where they were. I asked, how can you keep the address secret to those picking up flowers? She said, "I'm sorry, I am seasonal" and hung up. I call again, she answered again and I requested a call from the manager. She took my number and hung up.
The next day, no call. I have still not received a call or the flowers!
