TOTALLY Scammed!!!

Another Scammed Customer! I literally wished I did more research first! I believed the hype. Stupid ME! I bought TWO Mystery Boxes also! Totally out $180 also! What a stupid shopper I am! Same story as EVERYONE above. So I’ll spare you from the entire details. It’s exactly the same. You’re NOT going to get your Money back. HOWEVER DO file a complaint with the FTC under article 5C they are selling used goods. Some of my items were actually used “returned” clearly used previously (how gross right) items. And false advertising. This company has changed names for a REASON! They weee Lost Loot. Now they are Loot Luxury LLC. Wonder why that is? Pretty obv isn’t it! Do NOT GET SCAMMED People! Pet hair was on a USED watch sticker. Greasy fingerprints on the box of a desk fan! GROSS! Items can be purchased at literally 5 below stores People! I got 5 items in a box! For $75!

SCAM. Good worth less than you pay.

I received my box and it has 4 items in it. All items could be purchased on amazon. The total value was a lot LESS than I paid. This is a SCAM. Why would ANYONE buy a random grab bag of goods worth LESS than they paid for them? I reached out to the company and their response was "I understand that you might be sad about this situation. However, we already clearly mentioned on our website that we don't accept returns and refunds." I followed up again and they offered a discount if ordered another box. I said I don't want another box, I want to return my items or at least get a free box. Their response was basically "well, sometimes you screwed and somethings you get a good box." They then blocked my email account. I spoke to my credit card company and the response was "this type of thing is a very common scam. If the exact goods aren't specified, they can send you can ANYTHING, worth ANY amount, and there is nothing you can do to get your money back"

I ordered an unclaimed mail box and didn't receive it for 3 months. I sent numerous emails to them and never a response. I paid 79.00 for the box and NONE of it was unclaimed mail. It was all junk that appears to be "bin products" and sorely picked cheap China made junk. Like tiny stuffed animals that weren't even sewn correctly. Total false advertising and not even close to what I paid. The shipping most definitely cost more than what was in the box. They lie about what they are sending and should be put out of business.

It’s been over 6 months

I purchased a mystery box and was charged for one on December 3, 2021. I have reached out to lost loots over half a dozen times and they just don’t respond anymore. I just want a refund. Do not do business with these people. I’m not sure if they meant to handle this way, but I feel like it’s a bunch of kids that got in over their heads and now instead of doing the right thing, they are being selfish and just keeping my money. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a package on 2/8 and it didn't come until 5/6! THEN, when it did come it was totally not worth it. Don't waste your money.

I ordered on 3/6 it shows a shipping label on was created on 3/15. Never delivered and I have reached out to customer service numerous times no response. I am filing a dispute to get my money back since this is evidently a true scam. Someone needs to remove this business

That is exactly what happened to me! Shipping label created on 3/15 and no updates since. I've been trying to find alternate ways to contact them since there has been no email response. How are you filing a dispute? I would like to do so as well.

Don't waste your time

Believe me this sounds like so much fun. You have seen videos on TikTok and think oh my gosh i need this. Well you may think that you purchased from a very reputable company but think again. I purchased on 3/5 got an email on 3/15 that my package was shipped with a tracking number. Look it up on FEDEX and it still says Pending. Even now almost a month since I purchased. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If it was possible I would give a negative amount of stars. My package should have been here over a week ago and nothing. The company stated my package shipped a month ago. I then received a message 10 days after my order with a tracking number and that only shows a label was created. I have been reaching out to customer service for almost 2 weeks now and have never had any response at all. This company is a SCAM! Do not waste your money. They will gladly take your money and will provide nothing in return. Fraud and theft are the only services offered. I am out of $54 now and livid.

We ordered back in october for a christmas gift worth $70. We have still yet to receive the order. The company has responded to our messages once, saying that they will get a new one shipped out with in "10 business days." That was on January 6th 2022. It has been over 6 months and we have not heard anything from the company. They keep posting on social media about their new drops of products, and I always message and ask for an update.

Hundreds of customers have placed orders online in October 2021, it is now mid-December and no products have been received. The company is mostly non-responsive. For those they did respond to they claimed to have refunded but no refund received. All customers now have to file with their credit card companies to receive and refund.

I saw many ads to purchase several items that were originally considered "lost mail". This company purchases the items in bulk, then resells them as "mystery" items. After nearly two months, I have still not received my purchase. I have email and messaged the company at least a dozen times with no response.

I placed an order for two packages of 7 mystery items on 10/15/2021. When I hadn't received any shipping information, I reached out via their Instagram on 11/5/2021. They apologized and said they were in the middle of moving warehouses. This was unprofessional but reasonable enough. They had promised the packages to be sent out by 11/7/2021. I received an email with a FedEx tracking number on 11/9/2021. However, when I clicked on the FedEx link, it lead me to a page that said the number didn't exist. It is now 11/15/2021 (a full month after the original order is placed) & the tracking number provided still says it doesn't exist. The company has turned off its comments on Instagram & there are countless comments on their other social media accounts having the same issues. They respond rudely & also say that FedEx hasn't scanned the packages yet which is why they aren't showing up (which isn't how tracking works, it would at least say label created). The company is clearly making fake tracking emails. Some people do claim to have gotten their packages eventually, but they are way under the value of what you pay; as if this company just goes to a dollar store to pick out items & then claims they are random lost mail items. If you try to reach out and ask for a refund, they say they can't provide one since your items already "shipped,".
