I placed my order 10/18/2023 and payed in installments with the Shop app. I received and email 10/23/2023 that my order had shipped, but everytime I checked the status of the shipment it showed the items were still at the warehouse. I do not have a street address but the shipping lable was created in San Jacinto, CA 92582 on 10/23/2023 at 10:24 am. This went on for about a month. On 11/27//2023 I noticed that my order had been cancelled. I emailed them and have not heard back or received a refund yet. They have an instagram page and their username on there is lostlove.nyc. I have directly message them on instagram as well and no response. I see other people in the comments of their post have had the same issue as I have. I am trying to provide photos of the emails I did receive from when they supposedly shipped as well as my email to them and the information of what I bought and when the shippin lable was created but it will not let me move forward if I uplade these photos.
