I ordered from this clothing site because they were having a sale. That was in November 2023. I still have not received my order and it is now July 2024. I ordered sweatpants and a tshirt. I emailed the email given on the website for issues. No such email. I finally got a true email for inquiries to send a message to. They responded saying that they would give store credit and my order was held up at customs. The next email I got about 2 months later said they were processing orders and I should be receiving it soon, this was sent in May of 2024 and I still have not received anything.

I placed an order with this brand for clothes, 4 hoodies, back in December of 2023 for an huge “everything free” sale (but the customer pays for the shipping which is fine) and still haven’t even received a shipping update. I have reached out to them multiple times via email, both emails that are listed on their site, and social media page, requesting a refund. The only response I received was “hello we don’t do refurbs only store credit”; yes “refurbs.” I, and thousands of others, have been scammed by whoever is behind this “business” and they deserve to face legal consequences.

They had a sale on sweatshirts and other merchandise. I purchased two sweatshirts and never received any email confirmation as a receipt. I emailed them about an email confirmation and they said it would take six weeks because it’s coming for overseas. I waited six weeks and they haven’t provided anything.
