On May 14, 2024 , I found a ad on line for a clearance sale at outlet store, it looked like a
Kohl's clearance sale, so like a dummy I ordered $32.24 in cloth's. They gave me a tracking #, and on June 15, 2024 the tracking info said it was DELIVERED ( but not to me ) so I contacted them and said I didn't get it. On June 16, 2024 they emailed me and said it was lost so they would give me a 50 percent refund or resend it, they emailed me on June 18, 2024 and said they re-sent the order & gave me another tracking #. July 25, 2024 it said it was DELIVERED again - but not to me ! So I emailed them and said I didn't get it again and I just wanted a refund ! On July 29, 2024 they emailed me and said they could only give me a 60 percent refund & I said no I want a full refund ! On Aug 6, 2024 they emailed me and offered me a 80 percent refund & again I said NO I want a FULL REFUND ! On Aug 11, 2024 they emailed me again and said they would give me a full 100 percent refund but it would take 15 to 25 working days for my bank to receive it ! And here we are it is Sept 5, 2024 and I still have not received my order or my refund and I have not heard a word from them since - and they have not answered my email's either !
All they do is STEAL YOUR MONEY - LIE TO YOU & GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND & EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE ! They are good when it comes to SCAMMING PEOPLE - it is not a mistake it is done on purpose !

I placed 2 orders with this company mid May. the end of June received an email saying it was delivered, it was not delivered. I contacted the company via email, at which time they said they re-issued the orders. checked the shipment again on July 29 and it said it was delivered, and of course it has not been delivered. The company said they would refund 60% of my money since they are taking a huge loss, I said, none of this is not my fault and I demanded a full refund, today they offered me a 90% refund, again I said not my fault and I demanded a full 100% refund. I'm sure I'll never get my money back.

It was all kinds of things. Flip flops, bags, clothers and Kitchen utensils. I thought I was buying through an Outlet from Khols but I noticed that in the receipt it doesn't mention Khols and I did not get the product that I paid for

In late May I purchased several items from LOTHIENPING an on line store. The items were
never delivered although after 36 days I received a message saying my package had been delivered, it wasn’t.
My story is pretty much the same as the first complaint.
Their customer service has now sent me a replacement order with new tracking code that at this point in time has not arrived. It has been about three weeks since they supposedly sent it.
I am out, 40.00 dollars.

I ordered several items from them and never received the packages. I contacted them and they sent a message about trying to get my money back from the courier. They provide tracking numbers, but they are not real as it says the packages were delivered but they were never delivered. I am out over 100 dollars.

Was sold 3 shirts for $1.98 each plus 14.99 shipping. 33 days later and they claimed it was delivered to who i dont know, it was not at my door.
