Brian Norman called from the phone number 706-760-8774 and said he was with the lottery commission. He said he was calling because my name had been picked and I had won. And that they mailed me a few months ago and they have not heard from me. He gave me a pin number and prize number. They had my old address and I would not give them my new address. I know a scam and I would not give them information. They also asked for my bank name. I told them to mail it and hung up. Now he continues to call me.
