They arrogantly attempted to be charged US$2000 without my prior consent directly to my Debit Card Account, by the information through my initial payment for the enrollment to Green Card Lottery in web site , but once been recognized that such huge sum of handing CHG could not been settled through my D/C they turned to call me and confirmed the D/C number from me and how to collect & clear the security barrier imposed on my bank account, and decided to split the payment of US$2,000 in total US$500 x 4 of course, without fully explaining their intention, how their back payment plan, why the total US$2,000 of handing CHG to me even though their support would not help to be increased the chance for the winner, only at best 4% winner's in Lottery for US Green Card, first US$500 would be required for Counsel Procedure which seemed to me the last payment before November when the Lottery winners for the Green Card could be found on Immigration Office's HP.

But in late March, they call me again, and request that another US$500 to keep my account for the winner to US Green Card in November would be sure to 100% for me, and that time they disclosed that last US$ 500 was the first payment from total US$2000.

Upon receiving my friends' living in the USA warning that they approach to me might be highly Fraud Business which might have been experienced among them and such business, agents' help would not help to win the Lottery, and unnecessary losing money. I start to write e-mail that I hoped to be cancelled all transaction together with full refunding to the total US$1000.

In the next day they called me that US$1000 would be the initial payment and insisted that such cancellation & refunding could not be made, about remaing US$1000 they could willing to wait until November winner's notification made through Immigration Office HP keep, so lets' keep the account and whenever but before November at the latest if I can prepare the payment, notified them once I could be ready to pay in future. But still keeps the account itself!
