I received a call stating that i had won 3.9 million dollar and a new car in a lottery. I was asked to deposit money in an account number that was given to me at a local bank. I followed the instructions. I was then told that i needed to come up with 15, 000 dollars as part of a 1% fee charged for the transfer of the money between states. i was told that after i had done this there would be a date , time and place to received my money by check and a new car. By this time my daughter and myself started doming research on the phone number and come up with (this is a scam) and found out that the number came from outside of the us.
