They are mailing fraudulent winning lottery tickets. Once inside after you've heard a sales pitch, they inform you that according to documentation the recipient has no access to, they are disqualified. The ticket itself claims to offer $3000,

and implores the consumer to "come visit and claim your prize". Upon calling to verify, they will assure you that you've won and affirm your 'confirmation code's legitimacy. It is a complete scam and disgusting business practice.
