I was contacted by Julie Leach, saying she was giving away $ from a lottery she had won, and if I was interested. She asked for more information, Then I started getting messages on facebook messenger saying he was attorney, and financial advisor to Julie Leach and in charge of the process of giving the winnings. He said there were fees involved to pay FedEx, stamp duties, etc. He wanted payment with razer gift cards email delivery. The fees kept increasing because of the time it is taking.
