Yes, but my phone said private number, these people contacted me and said I was selected thru a lottery and I had been picked to be awarded a 9,000 dollar grant thru the government, and it was something I did not have to pay back, the asked me how I wanted it delivered, western Union because I'm not about to give up my bank info, they then advised me that along with a pictured I'd I would need to purchase a registration card from Lowes, the cost was 200 dollars, which was supposed to be refunded with the grant money, I told them I didn't have the money at present but by the end of the month I would have it, they then informed me they would keep my case open and to call this # when I have the money she said her name was miss Parker and her phone # is2542822710 or 2780
