I received an E mail on my Android Gmail from Lotto Promo 6. It stated I won $3 Million. When I dialed the phone number 571-969-5404 a message came on regarding Google and the person could not be reached at this time. Message instructed to leave my name and phone number which I did. The E mail requested that I fax my drivers license, passport or state ID. I do not have the fax number. I did not send any information. The persons name at the end of the E mail is Elizabeth Van Lam. Also showed her signature. Winning number attached to my cell number. Also had a bar at the very end. I was the second prize winner. The message did not feel right to me.
