Filled out the information, they send a bogus tracking and when they said it arrived, it never did. I checked us USPS and they said a ticked had been generated, but was never actually sent anywhere. They claimed this wasn't an issue and would send out another one, after that, I was ghosted. Filled a claim with my bank last night, but no idea if I'll get my money back.
