I saw an add on TikTok, after I placed it I realized that other people had not received their items. When I asked for tracking then sent it to me, but I noticed they sent it to a different state than the shipping number one here and verified was on the order. When I provided proof they stated they needed to investigate. After a week they said they would have a new item shipped out, that was over a month ago. I’ve contacted them times via their support email ([email protected]) and received multiple responses from ([email protected]) where they promise tracking and do not provide anything.
