The caller ID read Louisville Gas and Electric/Duke energy. It was a robot call that said my electric was going to be shut off due to non payment. Asked that I select 1 or 2 to resolve issue with payment. My LGE comes directly out of my checking and was just paid on the 24th of this past month (today is the 2nd). Knowing this I hung up.
