This website looks very official and is linked to the real Loungefly website. They have targeted ads on Facebook and I clicked on one of them thinking it was a real authorized seller for Loungefly products. Their website looks very I placed two orders and paid for them through Paypal. The first red flag was that the seller's name through Paypal was different than the website name, it was an individual person. I figured that they may deal with multiple private sellers so I didn't think much of it. However after a few weeks ( they state on their website that shipping times vary from 15-25) so I checked on my order and they never sent me any shipping information. In fact, one of the orders said it was not paid yet, but the money did come out of my Paypal account. I emailed their customer service and have not received any response, and my packages have never arrived. It has been 9 weeks and I doubt I will ever receive anything. On top of that, earlier today I went to check on my order and they had deleted my order number. I tried to log into the customer account that I set up when I paid, and the account does not exist. I also went to check their reviews and that page is blank. They have a "Contact Us" page with times that their customer service is available, however, there is no contact phone number or email. You can fill out their form, but when I did, I received no follow-up. This is a very elaborate website but it is all a scam and I lost $100 to it. I am sure that more people have lost more money than myself.
