Saw Loungeflyoutlet.shop in an Instagram ad. I ordered some enameled Loungefly Disney pins. The site looked legit-- I checked it out. Placed my order but it never showed up in my Shop app like it's supposed to. Ordered on 4/19/23 and it's now 7/3/23 and I never received it. The credit card charge is from "RH *lambertagnes.com Internet GB." That's a yoga wear website. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Haven't received !

I've been following and checking and checking and finally today it said that it was delivered on my porch which is a big fat lie! I have a ring doorbell camera nothing was delivered ! I've emailed several times because I wanted to see what was taking so long and no one has ever responded. Instagram should not put up sites that are not legitimate!

4wks no delivery of order

Ordered 4 wks ago. Got email saying order was sent out w tracking number. At first the tracking wanted me to download an app, but it finally let me track it with out app. The tracking has strange wording( pkg is in’town’ at transit center awaiting carrier pickup. It did this for 4 days. Also saying center was undergoing cleaning. But it’s been in my town for 10 days going carrier to carrier- ) I live in a No-streetlight-small-town in northern New England , there is no transit center within 50 miles. Also, confirmation email said it’d show up in bills as a bunch of random letters. My card statement says “ Pindut enterprise. London Illinois “
Am trying to dispute charges with card company. Hope to get my money(71$) back.
I ordered 2backpacks, 1purse, 4 shirts, 3 pop pins, 1 purse strap, 1 tote bag & I Mickey ear headband.
