I purchased a product off their website. I received a confirmation number as well as funds were taken out of my account. Within the confirmation email it stated that my product was to be delivered within 4-10 business days. When that window passed I reached out via email for an order status update. I sent two inquiries and I still have not received any response in return. The chat feature on their website is automated and does not provide real assistance since it is not monitored by a person, and any inquiries are not addressed on there either. I looked online to see if there was any other way to contact this business. I found a Facebook page that had a few posts that had other people that had purchased products and never received them either. One person even paid a hefty shipping cost to have some thing sent overseas, but never received the item. These posts were from 2023 and 2024.
