There was an ad on Instagram that showed a product for Valentine's Day. I clicked the ad and it brought me to a website titled "Loveisun" and it had products listed with the website interface as a normal business. I purchased the gift for my girlfriend and the status of the order never changed over 3 weeks. About a month later I reached out via email and received a response stating to wait longer due to processing time. After a week I followed up and they claimed it was in rushed production and to wait longer. Clicking on their Facebook page, it is filled with people warning others of a scam, with screen shots of similar responses that I received which are most likely automated. The actual merchandise is from Etsy, and this website ripped those pictures off of it to lure in others.

OMG, same here. I placed an order a month ago and kept on following up. This rep, Carrie first said it will take longer, and then said they will rush it from the Production company. Then, saying they need 1-2 more weeks as the Production company is processing a high volume of order. Did you get the same messages? I'm debating if I should dispute this order with Paypal, since it's already passed Valentines day and it was suppose to be a present for my husband. No point now.
