Type of a scam Online Purchase
When checking out, it did not apply correctly, so I purchased anyways (so I wouldn’t lose out on the Black Friday Sale), and contacted them immediately. They said it didn’t work because of this or that, and I asked them to honor, and they said no. Then I asked for them to cancel my order, they said no, that everything was custom order, but that is not true. I just ordered regular shirts off their product lists. Basically this company has scammed me for a sale that they are not honoring. It was a false sale. And now they’re not allowing me to return because they’re making up their own rules of policy. If you look in their Facebook page, everyone is fed up with their scamming. Wish I would have found that info sooner.
