I purchased a puppy from this business and signed a contract for the purchase. I was told that I had to make a $500 deposit for my puppy to be shipped to me. I did so and sent a copy of the Zelle receipt to the seller. I was told that a transportation carrier would be contacting me to verify the address where I wanted the puppy to be delivered and would receive a tracking number. This all happened within minutes, but the carrier demanded $1000 immediately for insurance purposes. It would be paid back to me as soon as the dog was delivered to me in person. I contacted the seller immediately and told him that was not part of the deal and that I wanted my $500 back and he refused. He told me I should have known that there are insurance carrier fees. His website and contract state clearly that there is a 30 day, 100% money back guarantee. This is a lie and a scam. Shame on them.
