This guy said he was selling AKC registered border collies. He wanted $700 for a puppy. I sent him $500.00 through by bank with Zelle. We agreed that he would get the other $200 when I received the puppy. He then sent me a shipping confirmation and so did the so called shipping company. The shipping company, about an hour later wrote me back and said that the breeder didn’t drop the puppy off in a proper pet taxi. So the shipping company then tells me that I need to give them $920 deposit for the proper per carrier and that I would get $820 dollars back after I pick up the puppy from the airport. They wanted money from Zelle also. I told them no, and told them to return to sender. I then contact the breeder and he says that I must pay the shipping company the $920 in order to receive the puppy. I told him that I already paid for shipping and that this was his problem. He refused, I told him to give my money back or I was contacting the proper authorities. He laughed at me and said good luck!!!!
