and it said he was shipping the puppy to me and everything looked very legitimate. The company was called Super Global Express.
We even received a call from this shipping place and then about an hour later I received another email saying we had to pay them for a certificate of insurance to send the puppy and it was $1000 and when the driver delivered the puppy he would give us our money back. They said if we did not pay they would keep the puppy for 2 months and then take us to court and charge us with animal abuse. We tried to contact the shipping company and could not and tried to contact the seller and of course no response. We requested our money back through Zelle but he refused. I have emailed texted and called him and no response.
