This person has a website selling puppies. After discussing all the information and agreeing to purchase the puppy. The seller wanted payment through cash app. After payment was made and the puppy was to be shipped the “shipping company” wanted an additional $1800 for a specialized crate and a fake anti pressure vaccine to travel. The shipping company I believe was the same person as the seller as they spoke the same through text. The seller then declined to ship the puppy if I didn’t pay the additional fees and refused to refund the cost of the puppy.
