Ordered a Kitten from their website, Benji, So cute! Received an E-mail with additional pictures and a brief description of the kitten. After that they wanted some information from us to verify that we would be good owners, and quickly they approved us for ownership. They sent us a list of ways to pay that we didn't have so we recommended Paypal to which they said they would accept but only if we used Friends and Family. We sent the payment to Chris Jamison - [email protected] through paypal friends and family as instructed by the seller. Next day we received an e-mail from a shipping company (EXPRESS ANIMAL DELIVERY (EAD LOGISTICS) AIR ANIMAL SERVICES) to which they requested $1000 for a special shipping process. [email protected]. We've asked for a refund and the last thing they said was that they will check into it. Now no responses to questions. I opened a case with Paypal, but because we used Friends and Family for the payment it looks like that is a no go. Lesson learned at the price of $750.
