I went to look for Shih-Tzu puppies online. I found picture I fell in love name ROSE on lovelyshihtzypuppieshome.com on Dec 4, 2018. I contact them thru link to let them know I am interested in that puppies. They contact my father on phone within 5 minutes because I am deaf. My father gave them text number. They texted me a min later. They told me they live in Texas and offer me to ship the puppy name Rose next morning, they gave me the directions to go Western Union to pay them 600.00 for the puppy and the shipping cost. So I pay them Western Union and was told that I will get email in the morning at 11:00 am. They were around one hour delay to email me. I thought the email is more information for ROSE when she is ready to be shipped. Instead they ask for more money for renting the shipping thermal crate cost from 1100.00-2900.00! I got really upset that I was no informed for this fee. They said they can’t ship ROSE til I pay it first that they said I will get my 98% refund when they will deliver ROSE in my house. So they gave me directions to go Walmart to get the gift card with picture on front/back with Walmart receipt on my phone thru text. After I send it to them, I never heard from them again. I contact them on website, and they hang up on me. So I filed police report. The house was on sale...so they gave me false information of their address and the name-Serge Bombi - 14021 Jason Crandall Dr. El Paso Tx. 77406. Other person is Anna Bombi.
