I purchased items from lovessales.com. The items I received were of lower quality than expected. One item never arrived at all, and another item was broken. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't refund me for the items which were missing/broken, offering at one point a 50% refund for the missing/broken items and at another point a 30% refund. The street address listed for the company isn't available on Google maps, but is associated with a number of other online stores (down to the room number). I suspect they're buying new domains whenever people discover they're a scam.

I ordered 6 dresses May 15th from Lovessales.com after a couple weeks with not tracking or order updated i emailed the company they said they are still processing the order. I would check/track my order on the company website (as that was the only way to track it they didn't provide a tracking number to track it through the delivery carrier) every couple days. It would pull up my order and state it was "active" in "processing" but not information was provided before the tracking to see the movement of the items. I contacted this company about 5 different times and got the same generic message saying its being processed sorry for the inconvenience. I would check every couple days with the same information coming up. I checked it again last Friday July 7, 2023 and all of a sudden it not only shows delivered but that it was delivered at 1:19 am. Well our mail service does not deliver this early, and i did not receive my order. I again emailed and they responded a few days later saying it "we have checked your order and it has arrived contact your local service provider sorry for any inconvenience". I went to my local post office and asked them if they could provide me with any information regarding the package, because again i was never provided with what carrier would deliver the order ie FedEx, ups, usps. The only information i was able to go off of is what has all of a sudden popped up on the companies website ( i have attached a screenshot of this information, you will see was it says it was delivered at 1:19am after being forwarded many timeS between different locations). The post office information me that the tracking number listed is not in their system so they could not help with any information. I of course email the company once again to let them know what i have found out and still haven't heard from them.
